Founded in 1975 by Jean Pierre Nié, CEO and co-owner, the Compagnie des Vins d’Autrefois (CVA) has been implementing an innovative sales strategy based on offering a comprehensive range of Burgundy domaines and châteaux wines, from Chablis to Beaujolais, since1982.
Since the 1990s, the domaines and châteaux négociant business has expanded with the successive acquisition of several traditional Burgundy wine houses: Louis Chavy, Louis Violland, Pierre Ponelle, Jaffelin and Dufouleur Père et fils. At the same time, our wine offer has been complemented by a range of varietal and sparkling wines including Crémant de Bourgogne.
This evolution has enabled the company to build up a comprehensive wine portfolio and to develop a strong presence in the French and international markets.
