HISTORY
Founded in 2001 by Jean-Pierre Nié, a Burgundy wine négociant in Beaune, the d’Autrefois range was created to offer wine lovers high-quality varietal wines, representing the diversity of the French wine regions and the expression of their terroirs.
As a nod to the company’s region of origin, the first varietal wines to be released were the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir.
The D’Autrefois range was then extended to include white, rosé, red and sparkling wines, as well as the main French noble grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
KNOW-HOW
The result of a rigorous selection process, the grapes and musts come from different French wine regions. They are vinified in their regions of origin under the supervision of our oenologists.
The ageing, blending and bottling of the wines is carried out in our cellars in Burgundy.
