Domaine Frachet

A family who has had roots in the Puligny Montrachet village vineyards for several centuries.

This family property has been established in Beaune for three generations. Its 16.5 hectares are planted exclusively with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The vines are cultivated in the traditional manner (grass cover, ploughing, no chemical fertilisers). The harvesting is carried out by hand. Each plot is vinified separately, after which the crafting of the wines continues in oak barrels for 10 to 16 months.
