One of the flagships of the Côte de Beaune and the biggest producer of Chassagne Montrachet 1er crus.
This family-owned domaine was created in 1925. Daniel Largeot transmitted his high standards, his attachment to the Burgundy region and his love of a job well done to his daughter, Marie-France. In 2000, Rémy Martin, Marie-France's husband, joined the business. Today their domaine has 12 ha of vines distributed in the Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Beaune 1er Cru Les Grèves appellations. In terms of vineyard management, in order to control the yields they carry out meticulous work in the vineyards, pruning the vines, careful training, etc. This is done to ensure the grapes receive a maximum amount of sunlight, to carry out green harvesting and to remove the side-shoots to improve the aeration of the vegetation and allow it to receive more sunlight.
