Domaine des Roches Bonnards
Established in Beaune for three generations
This domaine was created in Dezize-les-Maranges in the late 1920s and today extends over 8.50 hectares principally in the "Maranges" appellation (80% of the surface area). The vineyards are worked sustainably, the domaine practices short Cordon de Royat pruning and carries out a meticulous disbudding. The Domaine has been constantly evolving since 2009, and the wines have improved in terms of their finesse and fruit. 2009 saw the construction of a new vatroom that allows them to work using gravity flow. Since 2011, the grapes have been harvested into 50-litre cases to ensure the grapes remain intact right up to the sorting table.
