A reference in the Auxerrois region
Domaine Sorine is managed by the heirs of one of the oldest families in Santenay. Christian, the son, has been managing the estate since 1990. The domaine has 12 hectares of vineyards, extending from Les Maranges to Chassagne-Montrachet and produces red and white wines from several Premier Cru and village appellations. The red wines come from old vines. In order to respect the environment, the domaine is reducing the use of treatments which can be harmful to nature. It carries out harvesting by hand with a selection of high quality grapes. The wines are vinified in oak barrels for 12 to 15 months before bottling. After pressing, vinification and ageing in oak barrels, the wines are bottled at the domaine.
