Between the Côte de Nuit and the Côte de Beaune
Domaine Michaut has been a family-owned domaine, handed down from father to son, since 1950. Its vines are all located in the commune of Beine near Chablis in the Burgundy department of Yonne. The domaine cultivates about 27 hectares of vines mainly composed of the Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy appellations. Their vineyards, planted on different hillsides, produce Chablis wines which express the magnificent symbiosis of the terroirs - Kimmeridgian and Portlandian - and the Chardonnay grape variety. The family works carefully together as a team to craft their different wines.
